our story
Welcome to Flo’s Diner
Tim and Florene Trainor dreamed of bringing their hospitality and cuisine to the residents and visitors of the Owens Valley. After several attempts to acquire commercial property in Chalfant Valley, their dream was realized in September 2020.
Flo’s Diner is a retro 50’s style restaurant offering delicious diner food with a twist. Here you will find the best hamburgers, pizza, sandwiches, old-fashioned shakes, malts, and more in the Owens Valley. Our specialty is delicious cuisine created with ingenuity and passion. We take great pride in serving your favorites in new and creative ways with excellent customer service.

Flo’s Diner is a restaurant, market and gas station. You will find all of the basics needed so that you do not have to drive out of the area for your grocery or fueling needs. And if you are not in the mood to cook, they have delicious options that you can eat in the dining room, outside patio, or take home.
