Flo’s Diner

Tim and Florene Trainor dreamed of owning and operating a restaurant, market, and gas station in Chalfant Valley for years. They always thought it would be fun to offer regional dishes from places that they have visited such as Nashville with their Hot Chicken, and New Orleans’ Shrimp Po Boy. In addition to offering sumptuous food, having groceries and gas available for the local residents was needed. They were able purchase the property in February but due to the COVID-19 pandemic, escrow was not able to close until July 2020.

The building received a makeover changing it from a cowboy bar to a retro 50’s diner complete with black and white checked floors and LED lights. The final touch was the addition of a jukebox to play 50’s, 60’s, & 70’s rock and roll!

Today, Flo’s Diner is a local favorite that draws people of around the country to try their roast beef melt, shrimp po boy, the Marilyn Monroe, or even the fresh handmade pizza!
